These terms apply when you request a quote through British Air Conditioners Ltd to be connected with vetted air conditioning contractors for installation, repair, or servicing in the United Kingdom.

Quotes and surveys

Site surveys and written quotes are arranged through our network of vetted contractors. Any charge for a survey or quotation is set by the contractor and confirmed with you before a visit is booked. Fixed-price quotes remain valid for the period shown on your quotation. Additional work identified during installation is agreed with you before proceeding.

Installations and payment

Installation dates are arranged by mutual agreement with your matched contractor. Payment terms are set out on your quotation. Contractors accept standard UK payment methods. Finance, where offered, is subject to separate lender terms.

Warranties and guarantees

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment as stated on your quotation. Your installing contractor's workmanship guarantee covers installation work for the period specified in your quote. Annual servicing helps maintain efficiency and may be required to keep manufacturer warranties valid.

Regulatory compliance

All refrigerant work is carried out by our vetted F-Gas certified contractors in accordance with UK regulations. Our contractors hold appropriate public liability insurance for work undertaken at your property.
